强化孩子教育，让每个孩子都能接受优质的孩子教育，是当今世界教育的一个重大课题。我们国家也应该着眼于新的世纪，从新的世界政治、经济形势和我国的现代化需求出发，认真考虑学前教育的发展，以实现从教育的边缘化到核心的转变。
