Abstract：
在社会经济水平不断发展的环境下，城市建筑结构也变得越发的复杂，再加上城市人口密度的不断增加，我国火灾安全事故发生率也有了明显的增加，直接对城市居民生命财产安全造成了影响。消防安全问题更是新形势下社会所关注的关键性问题，而本文则是就新形势下消防监督管理体系的构建展开了探索，希望借此来提升消防监督管理效果。
