Abstract：
舞蹈是一个高度综合的艺术门类，它以肢体语言表现了人类情感、思想和感情。少儿舞蹈作为舞蹈发展重要组成部分之一，对其进行研究具有重要意义。文章通过了解少儿学习舞蹈时的生理特点及心理特征，来探讨如何培养孩子们热爱舞蹈并能在舞蹈动作中体现出童真、童趣等方面内容；同时结合实际教学情况为教师提供相应教学方法以及实践指导经验等等，希望在今后教学工作中能够更好地编排舞蹈动作，促进少儿身心健康发展。
