    Abstract：

    作为医疗专业人员，医疗从业者必须培养不断增长人际交流能力。医学教育界应该为医学生的人际交往能力做一些事情，这是医务人员社会的社会期望。研究表明，中国青年学生人际交往能力不足的主要原因，是医学生缺乏人际交往的理论知识和实践经验，以及人际交往能力培养的不足，对此，本文提出了相应的解决策略。
