    法律援助作为政府保障和改善民生的重点工程，是全面依法治国的基础和保障性工作。高校法律援助机构在促进社会正义与司法公正，实现和保障公民基本权利中处于我国法治体系中十分重要的地位，实践中高校法律援助机构定位不明、案源短缺等不可忽视的问题一定程度上影响了高校法律援助机构的发展。本文试图探析高校法律援助机构发展路径，确保高校法律援助机构在现行法治框架下迅速、稳定发展，切实为社会各界服务。
