    Abstract：

    发电厂的运行模式直接影响厂内设备的正常运行，集控运行模式是发电厂主要运行模式，利用信息化智能技术，实现电力设备的运行管理、状态监管、巡检控制等，因而有效提高了发电质量及效率，促进了厂内设备处于正常运行状态。在发电厂集控运行中，由于内容及环境的复杂性，需良好的运行模式和条件来充分发挥运行管控效果，这也是发电厂发展需关注的关键内容。
