被动式建筑外墙节能技术的研究现状

Abstract：
在社会能耗中，建筑耗能占据较大比例，尤其在城镇化脚步不断加快的情况下，建筑耗能占比会不断扩大。建筑通常采用被动节能保温隔热设计方案，甚至很多建筑并没有节能设计，侧重于造型设计，导致能耗增加。在建筑中，外墙是重要的维护构成部分，应该从外墙设计入手，改善建筑室内环境，并且降低建筑能耗，本文从被动式建筑节能的角度分析，阐述了相关的技术手段，梳理了具体的节能影响因素，然后提出了更加合理的设计策略。
