    在小学数学教学中进行分层教学，是指教师在开展教学活动中，根据学生的不同情况将学生分成不同的层次，并在此基础上对教学目标、教学内容及作业设计进行分层，使教师的教学能够对全体学生起到正面的、有效的作用，推动学生在数学学习中学有所得、学有所获、学有所长。
