Abstract：
在我国快速发展过程中，经济在快速发展，社会在不断进步，小型基建项目在当今时代迎来了建设规模的大幅扩展，尤其是智能电网的技术革新，为电力企业小型基建项目建设带来了新的发展契机。相应地，小型基建项目建设质量要求及技术标准也需要同步提高。当前小型基建项目建设仍然存在诸多弊端及乱象需要治理，本文结合新时期电力行业发展趋势，就小型电力基建项目建设问题进行分析，找出相应的对策措施，以资参考。
