    Abstract：

    现阶段我国现代化智能楼宇建设水平大幅度提升，随着高层建筑的发展，对混凝土的性能、强度、质量也提出了更高的要求，混凝土结构施工采用现代化施工技术和工艺，甄选质优价廉的原材料，在妥善的质量控制下，除了对水泥、骨料和水的质量进行有效的控制外，还要采用低水胶比和掺加高效外加剂，以保证混泥土的耐久性、工作性、各种力学性能、实用性、体积稳定性和经济合理性。
