Abstract：
随着我国经济的快速发展，很多行业都把信息化技术应用于企业经营，其中就包括建筑业。建设企业要想持续地发展，必须不断地提升企业的经营管理水平和经营效益，而将信息化技术引进到建筑企业的经营管理中，就能很好的达到这一目的。然而，运用信息化技术进行工程项目管理，仍有许多问题与缺陷。要不断地对问题进行分析，并提出相应的对策，以保证工程项目的顺利运转和发展。
