    红色精神是红色基因的核心，传承红色基因是彰显红色精神时代价值、促进红色文化继承发展的可靠路径。从现实角度来看，探索红色基因的传承路径，推动其在传承中实现创新发展应该成为实践重点。为此，本文以实现红色基因薪火相传为目标，对多措并举开创新时代红色基因传承的实践工作要点加以论述。
