    Abstract：

    我国的课程标准在不断改革过程中，新课标对初中数学教学有了更高的要求，不仅要保证基础的数学知识教学，还要确保每一个学生都能够获得有价值的数学知识。通过进行分层教学普及数学这一门科目，更好的满足不同学生的学习需求。本文对新课程标准下初中数学分层教学的作用进行了简要分析，研究了具体的教学措施，并且探讨了优化分层教学效果的策略，希望能够为更多的学生提供良好的数学教学，确保能够真正的实行素质教育。
