    随着我国社会经济和网络信息的迅猛发展，精细化管理在建筑企业中发挥着至关重要的作用，建筑工程施工精细化管理不但能扩大企业的生存空间，同时还能提高企业在日趋激烈市场中的综合竞争力和良好的企业经济效益、社会效益。随着建筑企业对于精细化管理的重视程度，建筑企业在具体建筑项目的实施期间，其所理解的建筑工程精细化管理实施程度与实施仍然存在较大差距。
