    随着改革开放的稳步进行,我国经济社会快速发展,但我们既要看到发展速度的不断提升,同时也要意识到所需面对的严重的水质污染及水环境质量恶化问题.要想真正有效地改善水环境,就必须仔细剖析水环境质量的具体影响因素,本文基于水文水资源防洪问题及环境保护分析展开论述.
