    水利隧洞施工是所有水利工程建设中难度最大的一环.任何一点影响因素都有可能造成隧洞施工的失败.因此,施工单位应当对水利隧洞施工引起足够的重视,对施工的重点加强控制,使得工程得以顺利的开展.基于此,本文将重点对水利隧洞中质量控制的关键环节进行论述,以期能为同行产生几点启发.
