    Abstract：

    随着我国社会经济的发展以及城镇化建设不断加快、城市规模不断扩大,基于国土空间规划,对土地的整合利用和城市用地分类成了当前我国可持续发展的重要任务.因此本文通过简述国土空间土地分类,分析系统整合土地利用的思路,为探讨国土空间规划下城市用地分类的构建,旨在为完善国土空间规划分类体系提供指导和借鉴.
