    为了保证市政工程的施工质量,需要对施工现场加以管控,同时,构建完善的施工现场管理制度,并充分发挥作用.另外,市政工程要在规定的时间内竣工,实现单位经济效益和社会效益的双赢局面,也需要有效落实施工现场管理工作.本文对市政工程施工现场管理存在的问题与对策进行分析,以供参考.
