    Abstract：

    城镇化对于带动地方经济十分重要,但与此同时也会造成不好的城市环境影响,首先是城市易于发生内涝,径流污染较为严重.其次是城市内的地下水下降严重,对于水资源影响巨大.因此,打造新一代的城市雨水管理方式十分重要,其中海绵城市的管理理念与传统相比具有很多优点,包括可以减少径流污染,调节城市的气候.
