    由于市场化牵制和开发效益的驱使,越来越多的城市寄希望通过打造滨湖生态新城,实现以环境引领带动土地价值提升.本文尝试以丁香湖新城规划建设为例,分析城市新区规划建设中存在的问题和面临的新形势等,从功能布局、生态环境、服务配套、地域风貌到规划管理等方面进行探索城市新区规划与开发建设策略.
