    我国建筑施工业务随着城镇化以及基础设施建设全面的发展,标准变得愈来愈高,而且建筑施工企业在施工时需要应用精细化管理.本文对建筑施工管理中精细化管理的应用进行分析研究,发现其存在的问题,并提出解决措施.
