    Abstract：

    随着我国现代化建设的脚步,各行业对淡水资源的需求量日益增加,尤其农业发展受水资源影响巨大,目前我国的人均淡水拥有量还不到世界人均的四分之一,农业的发展也受到了巨大的影响.面对这种情况,节约用水就成了必须深研的课题,发展节水灌溉水利工程施工技术,能够有效节约我国宝贵的淡水资源,保障农业发展,本文通过对节水灌溉水利工程施工技术的阐述,分析了施工技术的要点和模式,希望能够通过推进科学的施工技术,促进节水灌溉水利工的顺利程施.
