Abstract：
夏目漱石所经历的舆论中伤对他产生了巨大的心理创伤，加之过往生活中的各种生离死别以及身体上的负担，导致其身心疲惫有神经衰弱的迹象。《我是猫》的创作作为其治疗神经衰弱中的一个环节，作品中的各种人物以及场景的设定都与其创伤体验有着十分紧密的联系。为了摆脱神经衰弱问题，他开始用文学复现创伤情景，以求达到自我救赎的目的。
