Abstract：
随着我国经济的快速发展，发展方式由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展，国家对环境治理工作的要求越来越严格，相继出台一系列政策法规，并通过巡视、督查、追责等方式强化落实，对我国的化工行业建设提出了更高的要求。化工企业在日常生产过程中必然会产生固体废弃物，而且其数量伴随着经济的快速发展也在逐年增多，需要对其进行更加有效的管理。工业固体废弃物的管理问题一定程度上限制了区域经济的绿色发展，提高固体废弃物的利用率任重道远。
