    Abstract：

    新课改发展下的高中教学方式也有了很大的变化。目前，我国高中体育与健康教学还存在着许多缺陷，教师在教学中运用分层教学能够极大地发展实际教学成效。通过分层方式，能充分体现学生个性的不同，提升体育与健康教学成效。因此，文章首先阐述了分层教学在高中体育与健康教学运用原则，并探究分层在教学中地实际应用方式。
