    在初中的教学阶段里，班主班是班级的主导，具有核心位置，保障了班级的教学安排能够顺利开展。班主任在全面管理，保证基本教学安排的同时，还要根据不同学生的个性，制定多种多样的管理办法，为了能够让学生个人的能力和素养得到提升，一直在不断的努力。班主任在管理工作时，要根据初中教学的现状多方面考虑，利用多种办法，多深入思考初中班主任管理与教育艺术，让学生得到健康的发展。
