    Abstract：

    目的探讨早期肠内营养联合益生菌对呼吸内科ICU患者营养状况改善的临床效果。方法80例患者随机分为研究组和对照组各40例，两组患者均采用肠内营养支持，经鼻饲泵入瑞素，研究组患者在此基础上，每日于患者肠内营养支持前半小时，经鼻饲给予合生元益生菌。结果研究组患者不良反应率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，研究组患者达到肠内营养目标供给量所需的平均时间明显快于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论联合益生菌的治疗方法可加强患者胃肠道对营养的接受程度和吸收速度，提高治疗效果。
