政工工作在人类社会发展进程中发挥着不可忽视的作用，它一直是党建工作的核心内容之一，同时也是企业的一项长期工作，关乎企业的改革发展与管理。随着改革开放的不断深入和经济的不断发展，大多数企业的政工工作不断涌现出一些新情况和新问题，本文就新形势下如何做好企业的政工工作进行了研究。
