Abstract：
学习在教学中占有举足轻重的地位。体育运动不但能增强学生的身体素质，增强他们的技术能力，还能促进智力的发展，陶冶情操，锻炼意志，锻炼团队意识，增强组织性和纪律性。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》明确提出：“中小学要从“考试”转变为“全民素质教育”，以“全方位的思想道德、文化科学、劳动技能、身心素质的全面提升”，成为组织和引导学生发展的体育老师。
