Abstract：
在开展高中数学教学活动过程中，高中数学课堂标准，对高中数学老师所提出的新需求是要老师需要对学生的核心素养培养给予重视。在设计教学内容过程中，需要在课堂设计与目标设计当中将核心素养要素体现出来，在实际教学过程中，需要对学生的双基学习以及学习状态和自主学习能力的培养给予高度重视。所以本文将从高中数学教学设计以及课堂教学两个方面入手，对如何在教学实践当中提升学生的数学核心素质进行阐述，希望可以为相关教育工作者提供有效帮助。
