    Abstract：

    中职学校作为职业人才培养基地，如何在注重理论教育的同时加强实践技能传授，在教学语文教学中，以就业为导向，结合学生的就业需求，合理规划教学活动，让学生具备全面的语文素养，能够适应今后的职场需求。本文结合笔者工作经验，概述以就业为导向开展教学活动的必要性，以及当前中职语文教学的问题，探讨优化措施，以供中职语文教学参考。
