    Abstract：

    随着我国水利水电工程建设的建筑规模不断扩大，在具体施工过程中会遇到许多复杂的问题，建筑难度也不断增高，因此在开展具体施工工作之前，必须要对当前的水利水电施工技术进行整体的研究，做好项目前期的各项工作、完善整体设计，这样才能够在实际建设的过程中，对我国的水资源进行更加合理的利用和分配。因此为了更好地将水利水电施工技术应用到实际的施工过程中，必须要从自身的设计理念入手，改变传统的设计理念，打破当前水利水电工程建设的弊端，尽可能利用水利水电施工技术来减少对周围环境的影响，帮助人们提高资源利用效率，减少浪费。
