    Abstract：

    在国家水利水电建设项目中，水闸建设对电能改造起着关键作用，具有综合治理河流的特点，水闸建设对改善水电工程质量有直接影响。水电资源是一种生态清洁的可再生资源，我国需要不断推进，而水闸设计是使水利水电工程能够充分发挥作用的前提。基于此，本文首先阐述了水利水电施工水闸设计中需要注意的问题，最后从五个方面阐述了相关设计策略，以此来供相关人士交流参考。
