    Abstract：

    新课改的要求是符合学生学习需求与发展需求的，教师根据新课改要求开展小学语文教学就可以为学生健康的成长和发展奠定基础。因此，教师可以在教学中培养学生个性化阅读，以此提升学生阅读兴趣，并培养学生阅读习惯，为学生后续的学习与发展奠定基础。基于此，本文从开放任务、多样练习、拓展情境、教学模式四个方面入手，阐述了实践小学语文个性化阅读教学的有效策略。
