随着中国对外开放的不断深入,在国际影响力不断加强,饮食文化在国际上的影响力也在不断增加。作为八大菜系之首的鲁菜也走出国门,在国外也受到了越来越多的外国友人的喜爱。本文总结鲁菜对外传播情况,命名特点,当前翻译现状,并从归化和异化翻译策略分析鲁菜菜名的翻译状况。
