    煤炭是中国重要的能源之一，其储存量较为丰富。但是，随着各行各业煤炭消耗量的增大，必须想方设法提升煤矿工程采矿作业的效率和质量。为了使中国煤矿工程采矿产量能够紧跟中国社会主义市场经济发展的步伐，不仅要注重合理选择合适的采矿技术，更要重视采矿施工安全管理。本文对煤矿工程采矿技术与施工安全管理进行了研究分析，对促进中国煤矿工程采矿施工作业的顺利进行有重要的意义。
