Abstract：

“专业思政”可实现专业教育与思想政治教育一体化，对医学生开展“专业思政”是培养医学生成为新时代背景下合格人才的重要举措。兼职班主任从专业教师中遴选，并承载着大学生思想道德建设与人文素质培养的艰巨任务。基于此，探讨兼职班主任在开展“专业思政”中的优势、工作模式及效果评价。
