    Abstract：

    对于固定资产投资审计而言，对基建工程进行竣工决算审计属于最重要的审计内容，借助该审计工作，能够对工程项目在竣工阶段的财务决算所具备的真实性、准确性、合法性实现严格审核和管理，从而有效提升企业的投资收益。基于此，本文对基建工程竣工决算审计过程中的问题及对策进行研究。
