Abstract：
历史人物教学既是初中历史学科的一个重要教学手段，也是重要教学内容。如何通过历史人物发声促进学习真正发生，历史人物发声又应当遵循哪些原则是本文试图讨论的内容。本文从激发学习兴趣、生成历史思维、客观评价人物、培养核心素养的角度分析历史人物发声促成学习真正发生。结合课例实际，总结历史人物发声应遵循多样性、丰富性和真实性的原则。
