    语言能力是一个多层次、全方位、多角度的系统。由于语言和文字不仅具有机械意义，而且具有强烈的情感，同样的词语，同样的句子，在特定的环境下，可以传达出不同的含义。因此，语言教育绝非简单的知识传递，必须通过听、说、读来实现；通过写作等方式感受到了语言中所传达的情感。
