Abstract：
建筑工程的合理设计方案是工程造价控制、全过程管理的基础，BIM技术的数据信息有助于设计师对设计图纸和设计方案的细节调整，使设计成果停留在最佳可控状态中，也有助于建筑工程管理团队给予设计成果开展造价控制等管理工作，充分提高建筑资料和资金的利用率，避免不必要的能耗和成本支出，提高建筑工程项目的经济效益和社会效益。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了BIM技术在建筑工程设计管理中的应用情况，以供参阅。
