    Abstract：

    动机是心理学领域的热门研究领域之一，近年来，越来越多的学者把动机理论运用到教育学和语言学等领域，尝试了解“动机”因素与语言学习，尤其是与第二语言学习的关系。影响汉语作为第二语言学习效果的因素有很多，本文主要探论动机因素对汉语作为第二语言学习的影响，并根据外语学习动机理论提出如何激发学习动机的建议，使之更好地应用于汉语作为第二语言的学习中。本文主要从三个方面阐述学习动机的相关问题：学习动机的定义；学习动机的分类及外语学习动机理论,最后对激发汉语作为第二语言学习动机提出建议。
