Abstract：
进入新时期后，人们的思想意识和行为方式都在无形当中发生着转变，传统的思想政治工作方式已经很难满足新时期事业单位的发展需求。政工干部能否有效的开展思想政治工作，对于事业单位各项工作的开展都有着重要的影响。因此，政工干部必须要认识到自身工作的重要性，不断提升自身的综合素质，做好本职工作，将思想政治工作有效的落实，发挥出应有的指导和带动作用。基于此，本文对于事业单位政工干部思想政治工作的开展进行了研究与探析。
