Abstract：
在初中阶段的学习当中，体育是一门关键性的学科，学生如果想要拥有良好的身体素质，就应该认真上体育课，参与各类型田径项目。部分学生对体育有畏难的心理，教师想要消除他们的此种心理，可以尝试使用游戏教学法对他们进行相关体育教学。学生更容易接受游戏式的教学法，在此种教学法中，教师能够营造出来轻松愉快的体育学习氛围，并引导班级中的学生积极参与到田径项目中。当然在上课之前，教师应该提前设计好具体的教学方案，这样可以在最大限度上节约上课的时间，提升课堂效率。
