    面临新时代，事业单位迎合时代发展趋势而开启了创新转型之路，强调工作实效，增强综合效益。在此形势下，传统档案管理模式已无法满足事业单位发展需求，应结合事业单位实际情况优化档案管理模式，确保档案资料成为事业单位发展建设的依据，以档案管理为切入点，促进事业单位的可持续发展。
