Abstract：

随着我国社会经济的不断发展，城镇化进程不断加快，对土地的需求量也逐渐增大，做好土地整理工作是推动我国城镇化进程的有效措施，也是重要环节。本文将从我国城镇化建设土地利用的基本现状以及城镇化进程中的如何进行土地整理进行初步分析，为实现土地资源的可持续利用提供参考，进而推动社会、经济的可持续发展。
