    Abstract：

    近年来，浙江省内众多小城镇经济发展迅速，小城镇产业发展与规模不断扩大，小城镇的生活日益繁荣，市民生活丰富多彩。但是单一的产业链发展，不健康的生活习惯和缺乏统一规划设计的城镇建设，极大限制了小城镇人民生活质量，影响了小城镇周边环境，破坏了小城镇原本的特有风貌。本文结合实际案例《三门县亭旁小城镇非遗街区环境综合整治EPC项目工程》中设计管理过程的经验，希望以三门县亭旁为视角，结合当地特有的旅游、文化资源，探讨切实可行的整治原则和规划策略引导，为其他同类型小城镇提供借鉴.
