Abstract：
为了让小学阶段的体育课程能够更好地推动学生身体素质的养成，教师在教学中应该要根据教学改革的基本需求对课堂的教学进行调整与改进，加强学生身体锻炼效果的同时让学生能够具备良好的体育知识以及优秀的身体素质，进而让学生能够在学习中达成德智体美劳的全面发展，将现代教学改革政策与核心素养理念落到实处。因此，本文主要对小学体育教学中如何提高学生的身体素养进行探究与实践。
