    Abstract：

    类风湿关节炎是一种常见的高发、高致残、系统性自身免疫性疾病，全世界发病率约1%。近几十年有关RA的发病机制、实验诊断指标及其治疗方案的研究一直备受关注。RA的病理改变以关节滑膜慢性炎症性增生、关节软骨和骨质进行性不可逆性破坏为特征[1]。早期诊断和及时发现关节功能损伤程度，对类风湿关节炎患者的早期治疗及改善预后有重要意义。
