    Abstract：

    需求能使人产生行为的动机。人们产生某种需求后，在遇到能够满足需求的目标时会产生动机，继而成为引起人们行为的直接原因。文章从积极心理学的视角，以需求层次理论为依据，对当下大学生心理健康教育面临的现状和挑战进行了分析，从关注大学生的内在需求出发，提出了符合需求层次理论的大学生心理健康教育构建路径。
